2. Insanity

The Insanity Workout is a 60 day workout program that centers around maximum High Intensity Interval Training.  The program is considered on of the best programs available today as it will produce results if followed correctly.

One of the most popular parts of the program is the Plyometric Cardio Circuit as it often yields noticeable results.

3. Body By You/You Are Your Own Gym
